The company's first office was installed on that date in Rio de Janeiro.
In 1954, with the acquisition of the Wessel factory in Santo Amaro (São Paulo), Kodak began the national manufacture of black and white photographic papers.
Thirteen years later, in 1967, the Morumbi Distribution Center began to operate in São Paulo.
In 1976, the new Morumbi headquarters building was inaugurated.
In 1972, the industrial facilities of São José dos Campos began, and in 1977 the operations of the new camera factory in this city were inaugurated.
In Manaus, Kodak began operations in 1989.
In 1997, with the acquisition of a new area, it began to officially operate the Manaus factory.
Today, despite all the changes and transitions, Kodak remains as committed to the Brazilian market as it has been for 99 years, offering quality products and services in the segments in which it operates.
